Business & Organizational Accounts
Doing Business As (DBA)
An account set-up for your business under your individual tax ID number or social security number. DBA accounts can only have one owner. LLC and corporations are not eligible.
Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
- Certificate of Ownership for the business
- ID – Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport

Organizational (Club) Accounts
An account for your organization or club that allows for authorized signers to manage your group’s funds. The majority of your organization or club’s members must be eligible for credit union membership.
Ready to start? Make sure you have these items:
- The organization/club must have its own EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- A charter that establishes signers or a list of intended signers, documented, on letterhead, and signed by the president of the organization
- Each signer will need to present an ID – Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport

Representative & Estate Accounts
Representative Payee
This account is established for members who may need assistance managing their social security or SSI (Social Security Income) funds.
To get started, make sure you have the following documents:
- A copy of the letter from the Social Security Administration naming the rep payee
- An ID for both the representative and the recipient – Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport

Trust
A trust account is a legal arrangement in which the grantor allows a third party, the trustee, to manage assets on behalf of the beneficiaries of the trust.
Getting started is easy. Here’s what you need:
- Applicable pages of the trust document
- An ID for all current trustees – Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport

Estate
An estate account is a temporary account that holds an estate’s money. The deceased individual must have been a member or would have qualified for membership.
Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
- Letters of testamentary
- Documentation showing the estate’s tax ID number
- The executor must bring their ID – Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, or Passport
