| Requirements: | One year to three years of related experience in lending. 2 years of college or more. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with other inside and outside of the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution while building relationships and soliciting cooperation. Discussion involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. |
