| Requirements: | Three years to five years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. |
| Pay Rate: | Starting at $20.20 per hour |
| Responsibilities: | - Consistently provide outstanding service focusing on member service and member loyalty skills. - Assist members with deposit and lending account needs and answer questions about products and services. - Consistently identify the needs of members and recommend appropriate credit union solutions in order to build member loyalty and meet or exceed organizational goals. - Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution. - Adhere to Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all member transactions. |
| Hours: | Monday - Friday shift with a Saturday rotation. |
