With mobile technology becoming the way of the future, we would like to formally introduce our new application that is convenient, fast, easy, and safe for all members. We are ahead of the game as larger credit unions are initiating the use of similar mobile applications. We want our members to learn more about this new application and not be afraid to try it. You can access this mobile application from our iPads located in the lobby of all three branches.
The purpose of the application is to save our members time by having them fill out paperwork, submit applications, and cut the time of an in person interview without having to meet with a representative. The application can gather more information in a short amount of time, collect electronic signatures, and even take pictures of your IDs.
Now with the mobile application you don’t have to wait for the next available member service representative, but can complete your paperwork in around 6 minutes. You still have the option to meet with our friendly service representatives, but now with the application you won’t have to spend as much time on the paperwork.
Safe and Easy
The application is just as secure as applying with one of our representatives as the security on the application is the same that is used on our secure network. This application was created for mobile devices and with our members in mind as it is extremely user friendly. Currently this application is just featured on our iPads, but look forward to seeing this on all our mobile platforms.
