All fees associated with the transaction issue have been refunded.
All duplicate transactions have been reversed to reflect correct amounts in member accounts.
We are in process of refunding any account overdraft fees that resulted because of this issue.
Any wire transfers from 12/14 will be processed 12/17.
We have discovered the source of the issue affecting member deposits and transactions. During planned backup testing Thursday evening, there was an error that caused transactions from late 12/12 to early 12/14 to post twice. We know that this error resulted in frustration and concern for several members, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
